Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the SHIP DATE to return for a STORE CREDIT.
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us by phone (504-304-3537) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to returning items to ensure the meet the conditions of our Return Policy (see conditions below). A customer service representative will provide an RA# and further instructions. Items received without communication will be refused upon arrival.
Customer Service hours are Monday-Saturday 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST & Sunday 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST. Please include a copy of your invoice inside your return and your name and RA# on the outside of the package. Items sent to us without an RA# will be refused upon arrival.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email containing your Online Gift Certificate. Online Gift Certificates expire after 5 years. We do not allow refunds.

- Must include name and receipt # in package.
Unworn shoes may be returned for store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original condition, inside their undamaged original box, which then needs to be placed inside another box for shipping. Shoes and any other items returned to us in improper packaging materials will be refused upon arrival.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS. IN THE CASE OF A REFUSAL,YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND YOUR ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
RETURN SHIPPING OR DROP OFF:
Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for each return or exchanged order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges and returns may also be made in-store at an Armoire Boutique location. Please specify that it was a web order; online Return Policy & Conditions will apply.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED RETURN SHIPMENTS.
We recommend shipping returns back with insurance.
