Regular priced clothing is eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. Select holiday clothing: Mardi Gras clothing and gowns, Christmas, etc. are final sale. We do not offer refunds.
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us by email (email@example.com) prior to returning items to ensure they meet the conditions of our Return Policy (see conditions below). A customer service representative will provide an RA# and further instructions. Items received without communication will be refused upon arrival. You must receive confirmation before returning items.
Please include a copy of your receipt inside your return and your name and RA# on the outside of the package. Items sent to us without an RA# will be refused upon arrival. Packages will need to be postmarked within the 14 day return window to be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email containing your Online Gift Certificate. We do not offer refunds.
